Come enjoy a morning of birdwatching at the Discovery Center’s first program of 2025! Learn about how forestry practices in the PRC impact birds, followed by a birdwatching tour around the forest. This program is led by Joy Mittig, DNR Forest Technician and avid birder.
Dress for the weather, with shoes or boots suitable for some walking off trail. Bring your own binoculars, bug spray, water, and snacks. All attendees will receive a copy of Forestry for Michigan Birds.
(In the case of inclement weather, the bird watching tour will be canceled.)
